Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Czech Republic, Austria .
Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
We do not charge shipping costs.
When shipping bulky goods (forwarding) abroad, we charge as follows:
150 EUR
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Delivery periods
If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 10 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be dispatched in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
